New Divide is the first and only Linkin Park song that I can say I really, really like. The mash up is decent, nothing special, but I'd rather hear Gone Away vocals to the music of New Divide.

The mash up doesn't sound bad, but it only seems like the 2 songs are put on each other without any editing...

bouncingcoles is a grade-A dickhead.

I understand why it'd be fun to make mashups, but I've never been much a fan of listening to them. It's very rare that I like them. EXCEPT: I looooove the Grey Album (Beatles' White Album + Jay Z's Black Album) That shit is excellent. But especially when it's two rock songs, I feel pretty meh about it. I mildly liked the one Harley posted earlier, with Offspring + that French rap group, because it's actually a mash up of two quite different styles of music.

Oh, and Collision Course with Linkin Park + Jay Z was pretty decent.

This isn't really a mash-up. This is just the two songs played at the same time. A real mash-up plays only parts of each song, with maybe some background music from one of the songs playing the whole time.
