Halloween isn't really popular here either. I mean some kids go around trick or treating, but you get like one knock on your door, if that.

i'm not getting dressed up or going out for holloween. I'll be the guy who turns on the sprinklers when some kid goes near my house for candy.

i think i'm gonna celebrate halloween lazy person-style. meaning i'll put on my see-through blue fairy wings, put in my sapphire-colored contact lenses, bring my magic wand and go to the Village Halloween parade.
