Perhaps in terms of pure bulk, but I doubt that Canada can hold a candle to Mexico and Colombia when you factor in the street value of cocaine and heroin.

I thought our little country called The Netherlands was doing a great job too as being the major XTC exporter to the US.

Dunno man, I think the Southern market is too split to factor in individualy like Canada does. Don't have stats on that however.
