The band is formed 2007. in Belgrade, Serbia and played a lot in this 2 and a half year career.
The name is after an extraordinary comedy film "Maratonci trče počasni krug", eng. "The Marathoners Run the Lap of Honour", written in 1973. and filmed in 1982. about family of Topalović, undertakers who run their business with only several coffins. They dig their customers out of the grave to steal the coffins back.
During those years, we really found ourselves in that name, because every band has its good and bad moments, but all of our moments are black comedy, and talking about them just makes us laugh loudly, without regretting anything.

Those videos remind me of the 1987 "San Breburin" (or whatever it was called) Offspring show.

What do you play in this band?

Yeah, people say it's kinda old school and we're proud of that, because we are so young and weren't even born when old school style vanished.
I play a guitar, and right now I'm also the lead singer.
