I've never really listened to Amy McDonald.
But Kate Nash's music is just so funny and sweet and great.

Regina Spector is in the same genre as Kate Nash, with the cute, "light-hearted" music. Regina Spector is a notch or two better than Kate Nash IMO. Try listen to Begin to Hope. It's pretty good.

I've heard some of Regina Spektor's stuff, and don't really like it.
I'm not really big on the whole singer songwriter stuff, but I dunno what it is about Kate Nash that I really like.

you guys should listen to tegan and sara,specially their first album
