Well, it looks like the one and only Against Belief is Artist of the Month once again! Only this time, I had absolutely nothing prepared. But, wait! That doesn't mean you all fucked up horribly by picking me, but rather you've convinced me to take the time to write and record a brand new song to add to Against Belief's library! I now present to you one of the better songs I've written:
Panic - Against Belief (http://servercrashers.com/music/Panic.mp3)
When I wrote this song, I felt like Against Belief was missing that super-charged punk song that many other bands seem to have too many of, so I decided to whip this one out. I tried to have the lyrics represent the broken dreams of a dead soldier, but that's as much as I'll go into it for now. There's more intentions behind it, but I'd rather leave things open to interpretation.
Of course, Against Belief has a Myspace (http://www.myspace.com/againstbelief), a Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Against-Belief/36574690147?ref=ts), and you can download our compilation of demos, The Current Essentials (http://servercrashers.com/site_files/Against%20Belief%20-%20The%20Current%20Essentials.rar).
Not included on The Current Essentials are as follows, as they were made after its release:
Moral Dilemma (http://servercrashers.com/site_files/Moral%20Dilemma.mp3)
Against Belief (http://servercrashers.com/music/Against%20Belief.mp3)
Bed Religion (Ricetigers cover) (http://servercrashers.com/music/Bed%20Religion.mp3)
Pudding Basin (Slowdraw The Hungry Eskimo cover) (http://servercrashers.com/music/Pudding%20Basin%20%28The%20Snake%20Song%29.mp3)
Also, here's a live video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2Tra2XU46o) of us playing two Bad Religion covers.
Finally, I'd like to announce to the very few who still follow my music that Against Belief will be releasing a full-fledged, professionally recorded album before the end of this year. So, if you like what you've heard, then I can guarantee that you will love the album.
Congratulations!
