Clicking on the official "The Offspring - Stuff Is Messed Up" video link on the start page pops up a new player with
"Dieses Video enthält Content von Sony Music Entertainment. Es ist in deinem Land nicht mehr verfügbar"
> "This video contains content from Sony Music Entertainment. It is not available in your country"
Great work Sony!

Is ist only not available in Germany?
No it's like this for a lot of countries. It's been discussed a few times before and it's all got to do with sorting out the rights for each country specifically and that it takes time, especially considering there's a few different parties involved.

Hi
Youtube isn´t allowed to play video´s from Sony Music at all. But you can try to find it by google video. I also found a lot of videos there which don´t work at youtube. ;)

It seems that every video that is "blocked in some countries" is blocked at least in Germany. I wonder why.

It isn´t the fault of the German youtube visitors but the fault of youtube Germany itself. Youtube just missed to pay the fees.
Remember, in Turkey youtube is blocked completely.

Guess it has to do with negotiations between youtube and the "GEMA" Gesellschaft für musikalische Aufführungs- und mechanische Vervielfältigungsrechte respectively the "PRS" Performing Right Society.
"GEMA" wanted to have 12 €ct / 1€ct (?) per click and youtube wasn't able to make that kind of money with ads.
Here is a report on this (in German) for those who are interested in: http://www.topnews.de/youtube-musik-videos-sperre-in-deutschland-nach-gema-streit-344416
