Yeah I had the same problem. Well I recorded 40 min starting from bad habit to the last song, self esteem.

Live from the festival: the show was AWESOME! The crowd was awesome! The whole show was so energetic! They played walla walla and the original gone away! I did a crowd surfing during self esteem and it was so crazy! The dutch guys in the crowd was so cool! Thank you! The show sounded perfect! One of the best concert for me if not the best! I LOVE THIS BAND!

I haven't seen the Self Esteem video yet, but it's probably broadcasted on channel 3, which was HD. But that was only highlights, my dad recorded the full set on a 'promotion channel' of some sort, which is normal broadcasting (720x576px). But it's the full set, so be happy ;)

Not sure if I can get it lossless though since it's recorded on a DVR, which makes it highly troubling. But I saw someone is uploading all the broadcasting on a Dutch website, so I'll see if Offspring will be in it and upload it somewhere available for everyone.
