Yeah, they often reuse chord progressions. As do lots of bands, It's not really a big deal, there's more that makes up a song.

Genocide is a single and it shares Change the World's guitar riff too, so it's not just chord progressions.
The thing is that punk harmonies are often based on 4 chord progressions, and they end up repeating after a couple of songs.
