Hi. Have you ever wondered why at the very end of the video there's only Dexter, Noodles and Greg walking? I mean with no Ron? I saw this vid so many times and I noticed this, but never wondered why. I read that's because Ron wanted leave The Offspring much earlier than he actually left the band. Is that true? What do you think? Anyone?

Could be anything from him not wanting to be in the video because he didn't like the song, to he needed to take a shit at the time and there was limited time for the video shoot.

Anyone know for sure what it is without speculation?

Indeed. He was seen in whole vid, but not at the very end. I'm just asking if anyone have ever noticed this and wondered about it.

Now that you mention that, I'd probably be irritated if Ron was the end. My friends say I have OCD

I think it means nothing! The video was shot in 1998! He left the band in 2003! I believe that he is missing from the last scene because of technical reasons(director's decision) but I don't completely disagree with you because of this sentence in Wikipedia:

"Ron Welty has already exited the scene by this point, eerily foreshadowing his departure from the band several years later."

Anyway... Welty is an important part of the band's history and his decision to leave the band made me really upset!

Yeah, something like that. One more thing, I made a little research and read in interview with Greg K. that leaving the band was more a Dexter, Noodles and Greg's decision than Ron's.
Well, this is not some super important thing for me, the life and death, just ask, out of curiosity. thanks for the reply. One more thing, I miss Ron.

Also, I have a new signature. I hope it actually shows up.

I'm gonna agree with Tijs and BagOfShenanigans and say that Ron is just doing a really good job of hiding behind Dexter :D

Well... I don't know where did you translate this, but actually it goes like that:

Really, if you put the originall text in google translate it says shit, it changes the order of this sentence. I'm Polish and it's really said, that they made this decision, not Ron. Besides, look at the sentence: "Does this surprise you?" (...) "Not because it was more (...)" See? They were not surprised when Ron left. They were not, because they decided about it, they decided "it was time to change"
