I dont know where the demo is from. The alt version of vultures, i dont know the musical term, but dexters vocals take lower tones, so it sounds more depressing.
CBGBs is a bar in New York City where the Ramones started the punk rock movement. The Offspring have played there twice, once during the Smash tour and once shortly after the Warped Tour in 2005.

I have some of those. Send me an FTP link or something. I used to collect old offspring bootlegs, I have them on a hard drive somewhere. Crossroads, Something to believe in, come out swinging, never gonna find me, dirty magic (electric in austrailia, and acoustic in austrailia) i definitely have. i dont think the others exist. Although, Id love to be pleasantly surprised.
