mmm... the one i can remember is Hit That... it has a weird sound and as it is done all by computer when i saw the video i was like... wait, this voice sounds so familiar, but i couldnt come out with the name of the band... then the name appear and i said "yeah, offspring, i knew it!"

Last year, I found out that a band I had listened to for a long time, was named The Offspring.
Anything made before Splinter I wouldn't have known, until Crazy Taxi 3 came out, and I looked in the back of the booklet, and saw the names "Offspring" and "Bad Religion".
After that, I started downloading songs by both bands.

First time I heard about the offspring was when my friend played me self esteem, bad habit, gotta get away and a few more for me back in 95 or something, I was really young back then. But we made a mix tape with some songs on it that I listened to for years. Then when Pretty Fly came on tv I knew right away that it was the offspring and thats when I bought like all albums they had released and from that point they were my favorite band and still is. They came for a concert 98 but I was to young, online like 10 years old so I wasnt allowed to go. But I saw em 2001 and 2004 so im alright by now ;)

self esteem. before i was an offspring fan my sister bought americana. i was allways listening to it i loved it but wasn't to interested untill a couple of years later i had forgotten about it and heard self esteem on 88.7 and got in to the offspring and was an offspring fan.

All I Want was in a comercial for the Americana CD. Self Esteem was on TV a few years ago (back then) and I started to sing the la-la part when I was young.
And at first I hated Pretty Fly (For A White Guy) because everyone else loved it. But when the song was "out" (wasn't played on MTV as much) I started to like it.

I had heard Come Out and Play, Self Esteem, Pretty Fly for a White Guy, and I don't know what else before i knew they were by the offspring. I liked Hit That, so I downloaded it, and realized all those songs were by the Offspring also. I had also heard Weird Al's parody Pretty Fly for a Rabbi.

Self Esteem came out in '94 and was a huge success, I'm sure I heard it when I was young, then, a few years later I discovered Americana and listened all the previous cds ... and I was like crazy :D

Well I started being able to reconize the Offspring songs after C01 came out. So when I heard Pretty Fly and Come Out and Play I realized it was The Offspring, I had heard the songs before but never knew who sang it.
