Obsessive/unusual things you do to save money

I will do just about anything to avoid coming to a complete stop while driving. As long as a traffic light is in view, I will anticipate whether or not it will be green or not, and plan my speed/acceleration accordingly. If I end up catching a red light, I'll coast up to it at around 5-10 mph for about 50 yards, just so my car retains momentum and I save a negligible amount of gas.

I save my used dryer sheet fabric softeners to wipe up various messes around the house

I do that thing with traffic lights too but mainly because I hate stopping. Also, I'll clean and reuse the plastic tv dinner trays a few times before throwing them out.

I'll hangout clothes on the line instead of using the dryer and I also do the same at the lights.
