Very few people had as much of an influence on modern music as Dave Brubeck. I'd say he certainly had a good run. It's a shame that he's gone, but that was a hell of a career he was able to share with the world, and for that I am thankful.

It makes me so sad that people like Whitney Houston get so much more attention when they die (and a shitload of fake fans), while iconic geniuses like Dave go under the radar...
