According to an unofficial fan site (http://members.aol.com/delirium4u/offspring/ixnay.htm), Dexter claimed that Ixnay on the Hombre means Fuck Authority or Fuck the Man. The first time I read that I thought he meant to name the album Fuck Authority after a Pennywise song, but that didn't come out until 4 years after Ixnay was released.
