i don't know, if you celebrate this holiday. but i think that it's International Women's Day, in Russia we celebrate it! So i want to congratulate all women on this bbs!

in Russia we have got one, it's called "Father-Land Protector's Day", cause this day we've won the Second World War.

in Russia we have got one, it's called "Father-Land Protector's Day", cause this day we've won the Second World War.

No, German unconditional surrender was signed on 7th of May and the following day, 8th of may, was declared a commemoration day for the War and its serviceman. The 23d february is for the Red Army only, for past and present events.

Never heard of this day, but it's pretty cool.

And with the way women are treated in the world, I don't really think men need their own day. Heck, everyday is treated like a day for the men, so let's celebrate the women today...
