New to the forums so I don't know if any of the band members get online at all but I've got a question for you just in case.

I'm creating a fan site for a school web page but I need to get permission to use copyrighted materials from you (ie pictures of the band and album covers) other wise I will be docked points if I use the graphics. Knowing that the members of Offspring are more lax and caring then alot of bands I didn't think you would mind but my teacher needs to see written proof.

no not really, its a web design class and hes training us to be actual web designers. if you steal copyrighted works then you can get into some serious shit (obviously). about half the class still needs to understand that.

Like I saaid though, i need to have them say its allright. Does anyone know if they get on the rorums alot if at all and whats their screen name(s)

Their screennames are just their real names.

You could maybe try emailing info@offspring.com but I don't know what the return time on that would be, probably take some time. I don't think the site designers and such can do anything about rights for images and such.

Otherwise try Columbia (not Sony) http://www.columbiarecords.com/ I'm not sure where the correct contact on the site is.
