I remember reading that Dexter doesn't find tattoos that cool, so he doesn't any.

Noodles has a sun with his daughter's initials on his right shoulder, dolphins forming a tribal armband on his upper left arm, and Celtic flowers on his forearms.

Dexter doesn't have any tattoos… that I know of. I recall reading a 1994 interview in which he said he thought tattoos were cool until bankers were getting them.
