i have an idea for the website. the site should have a page that are dedicated to offspring tabs. So people can submit offspring tabs that they made for guitar drums or bass and other people can learn the songs and rate the quality of the tabs.

Sure, there are several sites online that proide tabs. You can also purchase song books that contain the tabs. Obviously, this would be the most reliable source:
