I bought a bass guitar and now i'm thinking about an amp for it. What brand would be cheap and good? I need it for playing at home not for a band.

Um, I got some little amp for 80 bucks from Guitar Research that works pretty good...

Cheap & good?My answer is Behringer.It's a german brand.Behringer copies the technology of the biggest names (Marshall, Ampeg, etc...) , with german precision, and sells it for really cheap.
