Homer, it's good to hear that. Although the program that we were using was PrettyMay and not Call Graph (I did download this one, though). Have you listened to our test conversations? My voice sounds much better than everyone else's, that's why I thought that maybe everybody should record, too. But I do understand that you have experience on this area, so, if you just would take care of the recording part, I'd appreciate it.
Thank you for the link Adrian. I spent some time listening to it and have observed that at some points I can barely understand what I’m saying. Speaking to Gus today about this, he said it must be my microphone ... I'll see if I can get something sorted. Any news from Carson?
