If I had to mention all metal bands I listen to/have in my collection, the list would be 4 pages long Anyway, I listen to all kinds of metal - classic heavy, death, doom, gothic, thrash, speed, black, groove and nu (even though it's not considered as metal).

MMM... hey Alex, I kinda disagree witl calling metal the next bands: Van Halen, Scorpions and Guns N roses. Yes, even with Roth they were not really metal... maybe the first album, but... I'm not sure with the next Roth era albums. Anyway is just an opinion
People call Van Halen and Guns N' Roses metal sometimes. The Scorpions have been metal since before they even released that hit "Rock You Like a Hurricane".
but people says too may things. Maybe Van Halen was never metal at all, or Guns N roses.
