How did this douchie imposter get backstage then on stage during the performance?

Doesn't look like Dexter at all, and he's not even the one I pay most attention to.

Lol, I almost fell for it like a sucker. So do I have boobs but in order to get free-VIP-passes to go backstage and meet the band; there's always a catch or am I right/wrong?!
