I have absolutely nothing to do, so I'll over-analyze this title with you.

You're right, 'the future is now' is self-contradictory. It's an oxymoron. They never make sense.

On the other hand, it's a popular oxymoron in the sense that it promotes the idea that: "We should stop looking at our dreams and aspirations as distant possibilities. Rather, we should work to realize them now." The title may fit really well, I have to hear the song first though, or at least read the lyrics..

Weird name, I look forward to hearing this song..

I have the sudden urge to make an arrow to the knee joke to distract everyone from the 'future is now' joke..

At first it sounds like one of these motivational / inspirational quotes :p like "Live every day as if ..."

But could maybe be in the sense of that everything we're doing now might / will affect the future?!

I thought it might be helpful for all the fans who do not want to take the time to read through this thread. I just realized that the people who haven't read through that long thread might not know we have a piece of The Future Is Now.
