Well, advances in technology are making people stupid and lazy, and we are consuming non-renewable resources at a rate exponential to the rate they are replenished. Advances in medicine are keeping people alive a lot longer than nature intended and is saving the lives of babies and mothers that would perish in a non-technological world. Not that it's wrong, but it's extremely taxing on food, water, and material resources. Humans are creating their own apocalypse and, guess what, it can't be stopped. Humans are too intelligent and greedy for the planet's good.Quote:
