Speaking of mayo I love Kraft mayo with olive oil. So yummy especially with chicken ceaser sandwiches.

For artichokes, melted butter is the best. Mayo by itself is not a good dip for artichokes, although if mixed with garlic and lemon juice, it's a good dip for almost any vegetable.
