Sleeping naked is best left for after sex. You can sleep sans pants on any day though, especially if there is another person in your bed. Sleeping topless is for warm months only, otherwise it makes you seem weird. Just remember to put pjs on before you leave your room if you have roommates. If you share a room with a roommate, dorm style, then any of the above seem a little strange to me.
Sleeping naked is horrible I find. The only way to sleep is pyjamad, or else without pants if it's roastin. But topless? Never! Then again, I am really susceptible to colds, so that's probably why.
