I'm sitting here wondering: Is it possible to suck your way to success?

Why? Do you consider yourself successful? If so, I would say yes, it is possible.

In the forum homepage all I could see was "Is it possible to suck your...", so I presumed the rest was gonna say "your own dick". But alas, I have been disappointed.
