Thanks a million, Melyssa. It's great to read an exclusive interview with Greg. Like you say, about damn time ;-)

Thanks for scanning this for us Melyssa!
No problem, guys! We really learned a lot about Greg from that since he's not interviewed often like Dexter and Noodles.
Speaking of Greg K interviews, my great friend and fellow hardcore Offspring fan Suzy made this petition for me in an effort to get more support for me getting to interview Greg myself. Noodles even knows about me wanting to interview him. I actually have some really good questions. Please sign it and spread the word. Maybe I'll make a thread about it when I get more signatures. Greg deserves it! http://www.thepetitionsite.com/873/7...ew-you-dammit/

I agree, Greg is very underrated and yet super talented, and super cool. But I guess it kinda' goes with the instrument perhaps??!!! Dunno' but I reckon many bass players are much to themselves and go somehow (sadly) under the radar! (just my 2c worth, really.
Again however, I fully agree that he does not get the attn he properly deserves. Saw him play twice in the past week and a bit, and he's amazing (as it's the rest of the band!)
Incidentally, Noodless filled up his cup with beer and passed it to me thru'the security dude :) I was stoked.
Ahhhhhh, what a band they are. Ignition rocked and can't wait for Smash 20 yr anniversary now ;))

Yeah, it was Noodles' cup.
And guess what, it survived 2 hrs + of crowd surfing in the moshpit, juggling the camera on the one hand, the cup on the other and passing boddies along at the same time :) Unreal! Not even a crack by the end of the night
That's one resilient cup, man!
