They aren't living from pay check to pay check. The people who buy their cds are poorer than them (the people who buy cds aren't middle class, middle class kids download music because they don't have dial-up connections. Poor kids buy cds, because poor kids have no alternative.)

actually, im not very poor and i still buy cds because i figure if you download the songs for free, youre not supporting the band. im not against downloading songs for free, because it shows whos a fan and who just likes one song.

That's true. I used to record music from the radio using cassete tapes back when I didn't have a computer or a cd player.

i think the band is really rich they don't need money from downloading.... you can listen to all their songs for free on the site and there's also a radio I think it's good the way it is. Also Dexter is pro downloading for free, and against paying to download he said that in an interview.
