Another band......?

A friend who's already got his own band, was wondering if he should start up another band. I thought, dude, get settled with your band now; he used to be in my band, but he dropped out to start his own. He's doin' ok, however. Elliott (my band's bassist) and me were wondering what he was going to do while he was still in my band. But, he finally settled on the 'one band' thing.
