i have an mp3 player, but its not an ipod

to answer someones question a few posts up, an ipod is a mp3 player made by apple, which means you can download music files or rip cds to your computer and put them on it. its very small and you can fit a few hundred to several thousand songs on each, depending on the size you want and the cash you have. they are just great for portable music because instead of carrying hundreds of cds with you they are all on that little machine
