If you really have to pee, and there's a tree, bush, plant or pole around, I think you should be allowed to pee on it. It shouldn't be illegal, cause what are you gonna do? wet your pants? then walk around saying, "I went for a swim, but the water was shallow"? and if they ask "What's that smell?" would you say "I swam in raw sewage"?
