A lot of CDs (drilled, advance, retail) are sent out to thousands and thousands of people and companies and various media places before the release.
As this person is a stockist they'd get their stock up to a few weeks before street date. Usually just a few days before.
the auction is a buy it now but the auction ends on the 19th. So they may not have it. They generally have 10 days to ship after receiving payment. And the album is out by then. As they are a stockist they obviously have the catalogue number.
there's nothing special or rare about this auction.
