The one you list is the actual one you'll get. Not the Japanese edition.

UK won't get a bonus disc or track on the main release.
Japan get bonus DVD and O.C. Life bonus track (usually what is done with Japan for all bands and labels).
Germany won't get a bonus disc or track on their main release.
France won't get a bonus disc or track on their main release.

EDIT: Just in case people are buying foreign releases...

The Japanese Special Edition is not their main release. It's a secondary special release. So they have a regular edition as well.

The bonus DVD has:
1. Hammerhead (Tour Performance Video)
2. Recording In Maui
3. Americana (1999 Home Video)
