EDIT: I just now realized where the first line from your sig comes from, and I should totally have gotten it by now. Seeing that this is an Offspring forum and all. For like two weeks I thought it was "Get It Right" (I can hear it in my head being sung to the tune of Get It Right), but I just listened to that and the song it's actually from and it totally isn't from Get It Right.

Okay, for some strange reason the songs I told you about weren't on our Myspace for viewing for awhile (some stupid Myspace technical error). BUT things have been fixed and now everything's up and working. So yeah, sorry about that 0_0

2 new songs (no name and a thousnand da... ehm. 100 nights) are awesomely good indeed! I especially loved nights because it instantly reminded me of one of my long time favorites Backyard Babies. Great job guys!

Yeah, 100 Nights is kind of a party song. Steve wrote the lyrics and everything, and we tried to set up this kind of ZZ-Top meets Hit That/Original Prankster type instrumentation. I think it went pretty well~ Especially if it's got an internet mosh started 0_0
And I really like No Name #7. Steve wrote it and we recorded it dry (and I was fine with that, really), but we threw in some extra harmonies and whatnot and now I really really like it

Here's the new song Steve and I recorded this afternoon. It's called "Your Name In Joke Form" (written by Steve), and it's kind of a Kiss/Misfits style song. I know, that sounds weird, but it actually sort of makes sense once you hear it 0_0

Weird in a good way, or weird in a bad way? Either way, now that you mention it, it does kind of sound like Self-Esteem....huh, weird 0_0
And yeah, the idea is to try to write songs across the board (genre-wise), so if we ever do go anywhere with this, people can't say, "Oh, they changed their style later on, they SOLD OUT," because we can just say, "No, no, we always played everything from the start."
We still have to wade through the hip-hop and folk genres, but....well, maybe we can skip those? Hah....
