Needlessly reviving an old argument

A few years ago, the number of mods were cut, and the remaining mods were given more power. Little was known about the details of this event. LM 1565 claimed that there would come a time when the process through which the new mods were selected would be revealed. According to 1565, this time would come when "cooler heads prevail". Well, given that's it's been a few years since then, I'd say the heads...they're pretty cool by now.
