Mario Kart 7, great game for a handheld.

Just picked up ModNation Racers for PS3. I got the psp version on release, so I figured this would just be a higher resolution version of that game, but I was way off. There is so much good stuff going on in this game I can barely even handle it. I can create a complicated track with overpasses, bridges, underpasses, mountains, and everything in less than 5 minutes and still have it customized, or spend an extra 20-30 minutes making it completely customized down to every detail. The racing mechanics are tons of fun, too.

I finished Uncharted 3 over Christmas, and man, what an awesome game. A little short, but that's completely forgiven, given how much production and effort went in to whats there. I'd rather have a 10 hour game that was absolutely perfect (which it is) than a 20 hour game which 10 boring hours. I was one of the few that thought Uncharted 1 was a far superior game to Uncharted 2, because they basically went a little too far over the top for my liking in the second one, which I also thought was great, but just didn't feel as good as the first. The third is much better than both.

10/10.

I've begun AC Revelations as well. Too early to tell how it fares compared to it's related games, but I'm enjoying it so far.
