I posted a while ago asking people about their thoughts on various consoles. I keep looking at buying a PS2. I heard that PS1 games will also work on PS2s'. Is that true? Also, how important is it to buy the memory card? I'm assuming it's for saving online games and stuff.

I'm not sure about memory cards, but I know that the PS2 has full backwards compatibility with PS1 games.

PS1 games work fluidly on PS2. PS2 games only work on PS2.

Left 4 Dead, there is absolutely nothing to the game. You choose from 5 different weapons and you kill zombies... forever. No storyline, at all.

Spore, I beat the civilization stage in two different ways. Never tried the space stage. The game was a pretty big letdown. Fun while it lasted though.

Majora's Fucking Mask! I never played this when I was younger. I've been playing it on and off for a while now. I'll probably start again real soon, as soon as I get bored of Left 4 Dead. Fuck the water temple.

I hated Majora's Mask. Last time I played (a long, long time ago), I died in the water temple, and didn't have the time to finish it. I haven't played since.
