So what the hell was the big backlash against Assasins Creed all about?

I'm currently on my first play through, and have done, 4 of the assasination missions, and I'm not finding it boring at all. To me this game is a direct descendant of Tenchu - Stealth Assasins, and there's not a damn thing wrong with that.

I got bored of Assassin's Creed after doing a few things in a second city. It's been a while so I might have to revisit the game. Actually, it seems to be a common trend for me not finish most games. I have about a dozen on my pc that I haven't played for more than few hours. I don't think I'll ever finish Mass Effect and Fallout 3. =(

Currently playing Psychonauts. Gameplaywise it's not that greatest thing in the world, but I don't care because it's so gosh darn hilarious.

Does anyone know how to install a saved game to San Andreas. Untill I get a controller for my pc im having a tough time beating missions so i just want to get transfender and such open for now.

What it says in all the read me's is to unzip the file to the user files folder in my documents, but whenever i do it just crashes when i load the game.
