I just recently removed the rumors since no announcements about this year's Weenie Roast have been made by KROQ's manager, program director or one of their DJs.

So, that means the announcement for this year's Weenie Roast may be announced sometime in early May (like last year) or later than that. If it does happen in June, it'd be the first time since 2004 that a Weenie Roast concert happened in that month.

some ticket sites say the 2009 kroq weenie roast will be may 23rd if that's true i doubt offspring would play since they are playing in kansas city may 22

Yeah, but they'll be in Iowa on the 25th. It's a kinda few states away from California, so it's a possibility that The Offspring may or may not join the Weenie Roast this year.
