What Happened To The Simpsons?

I'm a huge simpsons fan and i love the show. But it's now the stupidest thing on tv. It's not funny at all anymore. What happened to it. It seems like ever sense the movie it hasn't been good. Has anyone noticed how stupid it's been lately.

Well yeah, they did get stupider around 03, but they were still good. But now there horrible. They're pretty much unwatchable.

How about South Park, what do you think of the new season?

I like the new season, they're pretty much still the same, just widescreen and hd. Simpsons is now widescreen and hd and also unbearable.

I use to think it was around that 300th episode that it started to decline, however lately I've been watching episodes from the late Scully era and many of them don't age well at all. The Superbowl episode and the one where Bart and Homer race a horse named Duncan in particular stand out to be as episodes I might've enjoyed when I was younger but no longer hold much anything for me.

The show its peak at like season 10/11. That said, the last couple episodes have been pretty good, especially when compared to the rest of the season.
