most people just make them, just find them lying around in the internet, or steal them from other forums.

no specific website. You just find them accedently as you surf the web or just simply steal them from people from other forums. I made my avatar a yesterday. Be creative and try to make your own.

I think you are talking about avatars... Right? The little pic next to out nicks? Just go into your "User CP" - top left of your bbs menu bar, select "click/change avatar" (something like that )and you can upload a pic from you computer or put the web link of an other one

I think he/she is looking for a site where a bunch of avatars can be found so he/she could use the. At least, that's what I think he's talking about.
