The original song was called Coggs. Actually you might want to search Youtube a bit, I think there's a T.S.O.L. song which has the same drum part.

Haha thats pathetic. He is annoyed because they stole a very simplistic drum part. Big deal, the drum part fits both songs and if there was to be copyright on every single simplistic drum pattern there is then most rock drummers would be in trouble lol.
On the other link it also said that Grisham sang on Americana so why would he do that if he obviously has a grudge against them?
