Since the beginning of BBS time, NickyNineDoors comes on to post things that make no logical sense to anyone else. What differentiates him from a troll is that he doesn't post with any kind of frequency, and he's not setting out to piss anyone off. I'd say it's more like an e.e. cummings poem than something from 4chan.
