This is legit. Just pause the video at 58 second, you can clearly see the scars from stitches that helped keeping his nose in the right place. And there's more! If you pause it just the right moment, you can see him using hand signals to say "You're being ignorant!" and "Bow down to the giant genitalia of The Truth". It only lasts for a frame though, so it's really hard to see.
Edit: Also, the shape of his chin. That totally gave him away.
