I like the similarities between Ballroom Blitz and Feelings. They are both covers, but with the lyrics violently different. So much so that the whole song meaning is different.

So I found something. Maximum Rocknroll Magazine, edition #37 from June 1986, with a review on the cassette we just unearthed.

"OFFSPRING - cassette

Yet another SoCal band that's got good power, hooks, tunes, and delivery. Sort of D.I.-ish... a good job. ($2 to Greg Kriesel, 5544 Apia, Cypress, CA 90630)"

And yes, I have the actual magazine physically in my hands. I'll make a scan when I get some time if anyone wants. I think it's funny that in 1986 before they were the least bit famous, they were listed in this magazine as nobodies and advertising directly to Greg's front door. haha
