Yes, I get that it's pretty normal that someone doesn't read all posts and may have not read it. And I get that some people are not smart enough to realize those things, but in this case as I said it's their issue, not the moderator's.

It's their issue if they get banned, totally agreed, but it's the moderators issue to deal with it.
