Does the voice in that song say like " Vinyl Record " or "Micro Cassette" instead of Compact Disc on the vinyl/cassette versions?
Is it even on the cassette/vinyl versions?

I can confirm that he says "compact disc" on CD, cassette and vinyl versions of Smash.
Hold on a second, it's NOT on my cassette version of Smash.
My tape goes straight to Nitro. Can't confirm on the vinyl.
I can confirm vinyls

On my cassete it has everything except the beginning part with the "compact disc" thing, so we don't exactly know its Time to Relax, but we can go ahead and assume so... Its not on the Vinyl either.

It is on the vinyl version, according to Discogs.
The founder of The Offspring Wikia, and looking for someone to help out, find out why at this thread.
Heh, this takes me back. I had the CS back in 94 (no TTR) and I convinced myself that Time To Relax was an actual song. I even made up a tune in my head as to what it might sound like, complete with appropriate whoa-ohs and everything.
Anyhoo, after saving up for a while I finally managed to buy that CD and I was actually a bit disappointed that it wasn't a song, but in the end I loved it all the same.
And yeah, as others have said above, present on the vinyl, not on cassette.
