I know who higgins is, (seems like a pretty cool guy) but i was wondering how he got the nickname X-13. I've always known him as higgins, and it was just a little while ago that i noticed people started calling him that? Whats going on?

I have absolutely no idea where that came from but they've been calling him Chris 'X-13' Higgins on cd's covers for a while now...
